Hi there! My name is Ron Lemelin, and I am a wedding photographer based in Holyoke, Massachusetts. With a specialization in Weddings, Families & HS Seniors and Maternity. I have had the pleasure of capturing countless beautiful moments that can be cherished forever. Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Lemelin Photography was voted #1 "Wedding and Event Photographer" in Western Massachusetts 2022 & 2023! From the time my son Samuel was born at 25 weeks weighing 1lb 7oz, He is Now 24yrs old and my second son Gabriel was born with a rare blood disorder that only affects 3% of the population of the world, He is now 20yrs old. I was fascinated by the power of a single image to tell a story and evoke emotions. As my boys grew older, my interest in photography only intensified, leading me to pursue it as a career. What sets me apart as a wedding photographer is my ability to truly connect with my clients. I believe that building a relationship of trust and understanding is crucial in order to capture the essence of their special day. I take the time to get to know each couple, their unique story, and their vision for their wedding day photos. On the day of the wedding, I am there to document every moment, big and small. Ron was an absolute dream to work with. We knew before we were even engaged that we wanted Ron Lemelin as our photographer for our wedding. We met him at a friends wedding in 2022 and were blown away with his work. He arrived early and ready to go. Ron made everyone in the wedding party feel comfortable and beautiful during out getting ready pictures. During the first look, even with Ron there, it still felt like a private moment. Our wedding party and family photos also went flawlessly. We had two young children in the wedding, and he somehow managed to capture them both looking at the camera!

We had a last minute session to take family pictures for our Christmas card and we found Ron through Google. He was generous to help us take pictures at our home even though it was within a short time frame. He was punctual and showed up a few minutes earlier to setup and was very organized. He made sure we were all comfortable and took some gorgeous pictures. We would definitely recommend him as he was patient and took the time to ensure he captured all the moment. He even brought in additional lighting because we weren’t sure if he had enough at our place. Overall, it was an enjoyable session. Thank you Ron for making our family moments special.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ron the day of my wedding. He started the day at the bridal suite taking some getting ready shots with my bridesmaids and I. As well as getting shots of our dresses and my ring/accessories. He was so fun to work with in the morning and managed to get all the shots with the girls and my mother. All within our time frame (which if you knew my friends/family is highly impressive) Once we arrived at our venue Ron worked extremely well with all of our other vendors, coordinating with them to make our day run so smoothly even with some last minute changes. My grandmother even mentioned to me the day of, she had never seen a wedding photographer getting so many shots throughout the wedding and reception.
